Having a facial steam

Using steaming unblocks the pores on the skin by releasing off the impurities and excessive oils that may have been trapped into the skin, this also moistens the skin. It is an enormously effectual and extensive treatment that works well if done only once a week. Fill up a basin with hot water and bend on to it with your face as far as 12 inches from the basin. Cover your head with a clean towel down to the basin. The steam should come directly to the face and if it feels too hot lift your face from the basin by increasing the distance between the face and the basin.  This should take you five to ten minutes then you can clean up the skin with a cool towel to re close the pores. Steaming the face occasionally can reduce the harshness of the acne attack.

Olive oil cleanser

The nature of it prevents the skin pores from blocking. By using olive oil, the skin oil is balanced and the pores are kept open. This is due to the fact that oil bonds easier to oil than to water.  It easily pulls out the trapped in oil from the skin. When you clean your skin with olive oil, it becomes hydrated and the levels of oils that can bring blockage are highly reduced. Massage the affected areas with a generous amount of olive oil using your finger tips for two to three minutes then place over your skin a steaming face towel. The steam is essential in opening up the pores by allowing the oils to bond and flush out the pores. As the cloth cools use it to wipe out the oil from the skin.
