1. Using a back scrubbing brush to apply soap

To use this method you need to fill your bath tab with warm water, you then apply soap on the back scrubbing brush with soap ideal for delicate skin. The type of soap you use is important as this reduces the risk of skin reaction to the soap. Gently apply the soap with the help of the back scrubbing brush with care not to hurt yourself during the process. After thorough scrub, wash the well with plenty of water until it is perfectly washed. Wash your skin in this way two times a day.

2. Soak in baking soda

Acne causing bacteria can be eliminated with the help of baking soda very easily; baking soda also helps reduce soreness of the skin due to the condition. You need to fill your bath tab with warm water then add one or two cups of baking soda. You then follow this with soaking yourself in the water mixed with baking soda for not less than fifteen minutes. Baking soda if used to scrub on the skin will help remove old skin and in effect opening the air pores and thus aerate the skin better. After a nice gentle scrub of the skin, let it dry without rinsing it off, do this procedure twice daily to get the better results.

3. Apply Tea-Tree Oil with an Empty Bottle

Just like benzoyl peroxide, there will be no side effects like peeling of skin, feeling itchy or having dry skin. If you want to use tea tree oil, have an empty shampoo bottle filled with water half way then fill the remaining part with ten drops of tea tree oil. Mix the two by shaking the bottle then while in bath tab filled with warm water press out the oil on the pots affected with the acne. After applying this method on all the areas dry the body as usual. Use this method one time everyday.
